General Terms and Conditions of Sale – Liky Neko

    In accordance with the EU Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU), buyers have a right of withdrawal, which likyneko.com has extended to 30 days. Any returns are at the buyer’s expense. Returned products must be as new and in original packaging. Any product found to be damaged or not sellable as new will be refused and returned to the buyer at their expense. For products sellable as refurbished or used, only a partial refund will be issued.
